Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on developing core strength and flexibility, while focusing on proper breath, alignment and movement.  It was developed in the 1920s by Joesph Pilates and quickly became popular with dancers who wanted to develop lean muscle.

I received my Pilates Mat certification from Core Pilates in New York City.  I am certified in the beginner and intermediate mat series.  I work with clients in one-on-one private sessions, as well as in group classes.
